HHCF is based out of Heritage Heights School just outside of DeWinton Alberta. We are a K to 9 school and offer CrossFit to our Jr. High Students as a part of the CTF curriculum for option classes. We also offer CrossFit to our sport teams for their off ice/court training and conditioning. Some of our Extra Curriculuar Clubs include HHCF Hockey and our HHCF Club Team.
